As licensed Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessors with a background in architecture, unlike many of our competitors, we are able to actively solve rating problems as and when they occur to ensure that your housing achieves its required rating level. Under current CSH rules your Planning Application must comply with one of the 6 CSH rating levels. However, many Local Authorities have already set a minimum of Level 3 on all applications.
