Elements is an environmental building consultancy that strives to help its clients create sustainable, healthy and energy efficient, low carbon buildings, which are practical, commercially viable and that meet the challenges of one world living. We offer friendly, professional advice and guidance on projects ranging from new build to the upgrading of existing domestic and non-domestic buildings and our clients include property developers, house builders, private clients, planners, architects and schools.
Our advice falls into three key service areas: ADVICE on low energy and sustainability strategies which inform the creative process from initial concept through to detailed design. Assistance on COMPLIANCE with construction, planning and environmental policies and requirements; and EVALUATION to determine the energy efficiency and performance of existing buildings from the users’ perspective and future needs.
As part of Lee Evans Partnership, all Elements’ consultants have a strong architectural background and have access to input from town planners, Lee Evans Planning and CDM Co-ordinators, Lee Evans CDM, when required. We are also licensed Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessors.
